The Bagomat is an easy-to-use contactless baggage drop device. The Bagomat allows for a faster baggage drop-off, by allowing the passenger to conduct their own self-service bag drop. This is done by the passenger merely scanning the allocated QR code on the screen and then following the given prompts. This reduces the time spent at the baggage drop which leads to less time in non-commercial areas and more time at the airport’s Duty-free shopping zone.
