The Floor Assistant is a mobile, compact device that operates using 4G/LTE. This device is used by floorwalkers, handlers, and maintenance managers. This tool gives the user live information on the self-service equipment, such as the level of the Tagomat’s paper. The floor assistant works in conjunction with the self-service equipment to ensure an overall smooth and efficient operation.
